Who to contact

This website is for W Hamilton Building Ltd, 577 Kaikorai Valley Road, Kenmure, Dunedin 9011. For privacy questions, contact admin@whb.nz or 03 489 0383.

When you enquire

The project enquiry form asks for your name, email address, project type, suburb or town and a description of your project. Your phone number, project stage and preferred timing are optional. These details help WHB understand your enquiry and respond.

You choose what to provide. Without the required details, the online form cannot be submitted. You can also call or email the team directly. Please avoid including financial account details, identity documents or sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Online enquiries are processed and stored through Jotform in the website provider’s connected account. WHB and authorised website support personnel may need access to handle the enquiry and support the form. Information sent by email is also handled by the relevant email services.

When you introduce yourself

The careers page invites an email introduction. This may include your contact details, experience, availability and any CV you choose to attach. The purpose is to consider and respond to your interest in working with WHB.

Please ask us if you would like to discuss how long your introduction will be kept or whether it should be considered for future opportunities. Do not send identity documents or referee contact details unless requested for a relevant next step.
